General Instructions
Users are requested to co-operate in maintaining an atmosphere conductive to study and Research. Many of the reading materials possessed by this library are very precious, rare and also Irreplaceable. Please handle them with utmost care.
All the users of the reading room are required to sight the daily entry book upon entering the library.
All personal belonging should be kept on empty rack, entry to the library.
For any assistance, required, consult librarian sitting inside the library.
Any materials found should be brought immediately to the notice of the librarian
LIBRARY WORKING HOURS: The library is open on all the days(Except Sunday and govt. holidays)
- Week days : 9.00 a.m. to 8.30pm
- Saturday : 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Membership to library: all the teaching faculty, students and staff are eligible to the Members of the library. The due date will be marked on the due date slip pasted in every book (except reference collection).
In case the due date of lending section books/journals falls on a holiday, it can be returned on the next working day (except reference collection and current periodicals). Renewal of borrowed materials: an item can be renewed only once except reference materials. The item should be physically produced for the process.
