ಆದಿಚುಂಚನಗಿರಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ 5ನೇ ಮಹಾ ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ಜುಲೈ 29, 2025 ರಂದು ಬಿ.ಜಿ.ನಗರದ ಬಿ.ಜಿಎಸ್ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಜಗದ್ಗುರು ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀ ಡಾ. ನಿರ್ಮಲಾನಂದನಾಥ ಮಹಾಸ್ವಾಮಿಜಿಯವರ ದಿವ್ಯ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜೃಂಭಣೆಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಕುಲಪತಿಯಾದ ಡಾ. ಎಸ್. ಎನ್. ಶ್ರೀಧರ ಅವರು ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಭಾಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ 1882 ಪದವೀಧರರು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆದರು, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 20 ಪಿಎಚ್‌ಡಿ, 27 ಬಂಗಾರದ ಪದಕಗಳು, 144 ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳು, ಮತ್ತು 4 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಎಂಡೋಮೆಂಟ್ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿವೆ.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ ಡಾ. ಎಸ್. ಸೋಮನಾಥ್, ಇಸ್ರೋ ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉನ್ನತ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯಿಂದ ಪೂರೈಸಲು ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯುತವಾಗಿ ಮಾತಾಡಿದರು. ಅತಿಥಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನಿ. ಚೆಲುವರಾಯಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಕೃಷಿ ಸಚಿವರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರು, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾದಿಂದ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವ ಆತ್ಮೀಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಡಾ. ಸೋಮನಾಥ್ ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಪಡೆದು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮತೆಗಾಗಿ ಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಖಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಾತ್ಮಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನವೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಆಚರಣೆಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
Adichunchanagiri University celebrated its 5th Grand Convocation Ceremony on 29th July 2025 at BGS Auditorium, B G Nagara, in the divine presence of Paramapoojya Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Dr. Nirmalanandanatha Mahaswamiji, Hon’ble Chancellor.
Dr. S. N. Sridhara, Vice Chancellor, delivered the welcome address and university report. A total of 1882 graduates received degrees, including 20 PhDs, 27 Gold Medals, 144 Rank Certificates, and 4 Endowment Awards.

hief Guest Dr. S. Somanath, Former ISRO Chairman, urged graduates to set high goals and pursue them with determination and humility. Guest of Honour Shri N. Cheluvarayaswamy, Hon’ble Minister, highlighted the value of holistic education at the university.
The Chancellor encouraged students to take inspiration from Dr. Somanath’s achievements and strive for excellence. The event witnessed participation of all Deans and was a proud celebration of academic and moral excellence.
